We have long-standing relationships with many local physicians (Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Geriatric Psychiatrists, Neurologists, and Cardiologists etc) and can help you get connected with the right one.

Medication Safety Check
With seniors often seeing multiple doctors, proper communication about all medications (prescription, over the counter, herbal) doesn’t always occur. Using different pharmacies also compounds the problem. While unintended, many seniors get “lost in the shuffle” and could be experiencing unnecessary side effects due to drug interactions. If requested, we can do a comprehensive medication reconciliation that checks for any safety issues due to dosage and drug interactions. This free service has saved clients unnecessary trips to the ER.

We do a thorough safety check of your entire living space to make sure you are aware of any dangers that might pose a problem. Our caregivers are also trained in helping you keep your environment safe.
